The Race to the WTA Finals has been confirmed with Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek who are virtually qualified already leading proceedings after Wimbledon still.
Sabalenka had the disappointment of losing in the semi-finals to Ons Jabeur in back-to-back Grand Slam semi-final losses but all points count and she sits on 6455 ahead of Iga Swiatek on 5685.
Elena Rybakina rounds out the top three and is also virtually qualified. She sits ahead of Jessica Pegula with the main race surrounding spots 5-8.
Marketa Vondrousova after winning Wimbledon sits in fifth with 2936 points. She was up an astonishing 23 spots.
While Ons Jabeur after reaching the final sits sixth also up a huge amount with 11 spots since her Wimbledon run. But behind them include a chasing pack all also on 2000+ points.
These feature Petra Kvitova (2355), Karolina Muchova (2150) and Coco Gauff (2115) as well as Belinda Bencic (2040). The top eight qualify meaning that Muchova is the last player in a spot currently.
