Emma Raducanu will play at the Upper Austria Ladies' Linz as the British player takes advantage of her great ranking position for the rest of the season.
Emma Raducanu won the US Open and thanks to that jumped over 120 spots to be ranked well inside the top 30. Obviously, that allowed her to enter many more events this year than she had initially planned. One of those events will be the WTA 250 event in Linz running from November 6th till November 12th.
The event is one of the final events of the year and Raducanu might need the point in order to qualify for the WTA Finals in Guadalajara. Raducanu has not publicly spoken about the WTA Finals but it's a doable thing for the young Brit who does not defend any points for the rest of the season and she will play quite a few events.
Either way, the event branded Raducanu the new 'Tennis Queen' and fans in Austria will be able to see the young Brit play the indoor event.
