The ATP Race to Turin is still ongoing as players such as Stefanos Tsitsipas, Holger Rune, and Alexander Zverev fight to clinch one of the three qualification spots still up for grabs.
The Nitto ATP Finals will be held at the Pala Alpitour in Turin, Italy, from November 12 - 19. This year's edition of the prestigious season-ending championship, where the Top 8 players battle it out for the title, has already confirmed four of its qualifiers - Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev, and Jannik Sinner.
Meanwhile, Andrey Rublev is only 100 points away from the qualification threshold of 4375 points, meaning it is highly likely that he will take the fifth spot.

Tsitsipas leads chase while Ruud and Hurkacz have outside chance

Heading up the chase is Tsitsipas, who is currently sixth in the race with 3705 points. The Greek player had a strong start to the season, reaching the final of the Australian Open where he finished as runner-up to Djokovic. He went on to win the Los Cabos Open in August but has suffered a string of early exits since then which have made it slightly more difficult for him in the Race to Turin.
Next up is Zverev, who returned to form as the season went on after he came back from injury and re-adjusted to the Tour. The German player has 3450 points but after several strong results and a win at the Chengdu Open, he was defeated in the first rounds of both the recent Shanghai Masters and Japan Open.
The final player who is currently in a qualifying spot is Rune. The Dane won the Munich Open earlier this year but has experienced a lot of early defeats over the summer and fall. Since the Canadian Open, he has been eliminated in the first round of all-but-one tournament and has not put together a back-to-back victory, meaning he is the most likely to be overtaken by another player.
In ninth place is Taylor Fritz, who is just 55 points behind Rune's 3110. Therefore, he will be eager for a deep run at the Swiss Indoors Basel this week.
Meanwhile, Casper Ruud and Hubert Hurkacz are in tenth and eleventh respectively. The former reached the final of the French Open in May but has been struggling to put together a deep run since then, while Hurkacz soared to victory at the Shanghai Masters this month but was subsequently defeated in the first round of the Japan Open.
