The
Davis Cup Finals are due to take place between November 18 - November 23 at the Bologna Fiere Exhibition Centre in Italy on the indoor courts of the SuperTennis Arena which can hold between 3,000 and 5,000 spectators.
Italy have won the last few editions albeit will not have unlike their last two wins Jannik Sinner as their leading light. The World No.2 has decided against playing and the same can be said for a certain Lorenzo Musetti who has also been involved in the ATP Finals in recent days. This leaves Cobolli, Sonego and Berrettini leading their charge.
They face Austria. Albeit it's not all doom and gloom with Spain likely having their best chance if they can get past a tough Czech Republic side. While Germany who face Argentina also count on Alexander Zverev.
This is despite Zverev making disparaging comments about the event comparing it to an exhibition under its current guise. While Belgium will face France. There is no Great Britain, USA or Serbia, all of whom have been knocked out in earlier qualifiers. The same can be said for Australia.

Predictions
Samuel Gill, Head Editor for TennisUpToDate.com sees Spain finally emerging as the champions.
It is a bit of a depleted field this year and I see Spain storming through if they can get past Czech Republic. I see the winner coming from that tie.
Alexander Zverev is very much the leading light but his recent comments make it a possibility he doesn't even bother. While France and Belgium always have a chance to spring a shock.
Overall given that apart from Italy, they all had to qualify to be here anyone has a shot but Italy losing Sinner and Musetti who have been so good in recent years is a hammer blow I don't think they can replicate with the tandem they have remaining.
