Anna Kalinskaya stays to support boyfriend Jannik Sinner in US Open quest, spotted during Medvedev win

For those on Sinnerskaya watch during Jannik Sinner's victory over Daniil Medvedev, his girlfriend Anna Kalinskaya did stay back after her contentious exit against Beatriz Haddad Maia at the US Open.

Kalinskaya was spotted in the box of Jannik Sinner during the Italian's 2024 US Open Quarter-Final win over Daniil Medvedev on Wednesday. The former was the 15th seed in the women's draw and breezed into the third round albeit she came unstuck against the Brazilian albeit with umpire drama.

But of course drama is something which Sinner has had to battle as has Kalinskaya in recent weeks. The Italian while with the Russian has had to go through his doping scandal with the World No.1's positive tests being made public after he was cleared with no fault.

Despite backlash though, he has soldiered on likely with a weight off his shoulders and is through to his meeting with Jack Draper. As a couple, they have also had drama with social media users spying that they'd momentarily unfollowed each other on social media a few weeks ago. But this was soon rectified and they were seen together on Sinner's return to the tour after Olympic illness.
