Matteo Berrettini has just began a final set against Andy Murray at the 2024 Miami Open, but is seemingly struggling with the heat in Florida as he nearly fainted and fell over in similar vein to Arthur Cazaux while serving.
On the verge of losing the set, Berrettini started his service motion and lost his balance and had to correct himself with the doctor then called as a result as he was on the verge of fainting. The temperature is 76 degrees which is not super hot for Miami, but he was still struggling.
He reached the final of the Phoenix Challenger last week losing to Nuno Borges in his return for the first time since the 2023 US Open.
