Some would say, Daniil Medvedev had the last laugh on Tuesday evening with the Russian seeing off Alexander Zverev amid a heavily vociferous crowd at the Rome Open.

Medvedev returned to a previous tactic as his hilarious on court antics continued shushing the crowd constantly as they continued to boo.

But next up will now be another German in Yannick Hanfmann as Medvedev reaches another Quarter-Final on a surface that he is not a fan of.
