- I attended that match. It's absurd to say that Lehecka beating Fritz was an upset. Lehecka's been playing well and got to the quarters at the US Open until he ran into Alcaraz. The last time Lehecka and Fritz played which was Toronto 2025, yes, Fritz won but it was 3 straight tie-break sets. Also have to say that I was surprised Bryan let Tiafoe go ahead and play the final match. He looked lost out there against Lehecka on Friday and no better than he did int he US Open. Opelka might well have lost to Mensik, but it was pretty much a certainly that Tiafoe was going to, and it was the 4th game before he even got a point. He's playing like someone with zero confidence in his shots, and it was crazy how he kept coming in and getting passed. No Plan B.MileMarker1715-09-2025
