Taylor Fritz has received a seal of approval from Rennae Stubbs after the World No. 8 modeled clothes for sponsor Hermes.
The American men's singles No. 1 recently made it to the quarter-finals of the US Open, not dropping a set against the likes of Jakub Mensik and Dominic Stricker. However, he was unable to move past eventual champion Novak Djokovic, who extended his head-to-head lead over Fritz to 8-0 with a straight-sets win.
Since his run at the last Grand Slam of the year came to a close, the 25-year-old has taken to social media to share pictures of himself modeling his sponsor Hermes' Men’s Winter 23 collection at New York City fashion Week.
"Unreal experience walking for @hermes Men’s Winter 23 collection in New York last night #HermesHomme," he wrote on Instagram.

Stubbs praises photos, suggests alternate career for Fritz

Former doubles World No. 1 Stubbs took to social media to praise the photos and subsequently suggest an alternate career for Fritz whenever he decides to hang up his racket.
"I have to say, this is super male model worthy. @Taylor_Fritz97," the 52-year-old wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Several other fans have reacted positively to the photos, with tennis biographer Bastien Fachan referencing the Taylor Swift song Look What You Made Me Do.
"The old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now
…why?
‘cause he slayed," they wrote.
Meanwhile, another fan joked that the photos answered their questions about why Fritz wasn't part of the US team playing at the Davis Cup this week.
"He’s definitely very handsome. But, my question during and after the Davis Cup debacle has been answered: Where is #Fritz, and why isn’t he playing?!" they commented.
