Shelton reveals Gauff jokingly mocks him, sees her as a 'little sister': "She'll be like, hey what's up rookie?"

America’s young tennis star Ben Shelton has revealed that he
has been teased by fellow young women’s player Coco Gauff.
The 20-year-old is being rated highly in the circuit and
many claim that he is the best male talent in the country.
Shelton was quoted in a report where he revealed that he has
been teased by the 19-year-old recently.
“She [Gauff] messes with me sometime,” said Shelton. “She’ll
be like, ‘Hey, what’s up, rookie? How’s the year going so far?”
Shelton is coming on the back of an impressive US Open where
he superseded all expectations.
His journey eventually came to an end after suffering a
defeat to the current world number one Serbia’s legendary tennis star Novak
Djokovic in the semifinal in straight sets with a score of 6-3, 6-2, 7-6.
On the other hand, Gauff’s run in the fourth and final Grand
Slam of the year was an even more impressive one.
The 19-year-old ended up defeating the current world number
one Belarus’ Aryna Sabalenka in the final of the mega-event with a score of
2-6, 6-3, 6-2 to lift her maiden Grand Slam title.
