Elise Mertens is second seed, while another player who has been superb this week and lost in the semi-finals of Hong Kong in Martina Trevisan is third seed.
Lesia Tsurenko, sister of Mirra in Erika Andreeva and Lucia Bronzetti are also leading the field for the tournament which takes place between October 16-22.
