Women's Draw confirmed for 2022 Roland Garros including Swiatek, Krejcikova, Raducanu, Osaka and Halep

The Women's Draw has been confirmed for 2022 French Open at Roland Garros which will take place between May 22 - June 5, 2022.

It sees Iga Swiatek as top seed who will face a qualifier in Round One with Dayana Yastremska or Alison Riske to follow in the second round.

Barbora Krejcikova opens as defending champion against Diane Parry who is on home soil and will aim to topple the Czech who has not played since February. Camila Osorio or Harmony Tan await the winner.

Paula Badosa as third seed faces Fiona Ferro, while Maria Sakkari as fourth seed opens against Clara Burel. Bianca Andreescu faces a qualifier with the winner facing Katerina Siniakova or Petra Martic.

Naomi Osaka will also face Amanda Anisimova in the opening round in one of the stand out ties. While, Aryna Sabalenka is seventh seed and sits in the same half as Paula Badosa, her close friend and faces Chloe Paquet. Ons Jabeur off her incredible run as of late faces Magda Linette with the winner facing Martina Trevisan or Harriet Dart.

Anett Kontaveit faces Ajla Tomljanovic in the same half as the defending champion, Krejcikova. Emma Raducanu faces a qualifier in the opening round.

Garbine Muguruza gets a tough opening round draw as she will look to snap her form woes with Kaia Kanepi up first with a potential meeting with Victoria Azarenka in the Last 16. While, Simona Halep opens up against Ana Konjuh.
