ATP Finals happened 12 years ago but every now and then it's good to remember those epic matches.
One of those epic matches happened at the 2008 ATP Finals when
Andy Murray defeated
Roger Federer in dramatic fashion. It was before the closing tournament moved to London. Roger Federer opened the match better winning the opening set 6-4. Andy Murray slowly but surely took control of the match playing better and better. The 2nd set featured some stellar rallies and ultimately Murray secured the 2nd set 7-6.
The final set was an epic one as well with Murray eventually winning it 7-5. It was a spectacular match one of the better ones we saw in Shanghai and here is a video for you so you can refresh your memory. Check it out below:
