Great Britain's
Andy Murray has suffered numerous setbacks over the past two years, as the Scot is trying to rediscover the form that saw him lift several trophies.
Once touted as a member of the "Big Four", Murray was a dominant force on the ATP circuit. The Scot experienced a stellar 2016 season, as he won his second Wimbledon title and ascended to World No.1.
Capping off an impressive summer, Murray qualified for the
ATP Finals, and faced Novak Djokovic in the singles final where he prevailed in straight sets. This victory ensured that Murray would secure the year-end World No. 1 ranking.
Furthermore, his triumph at the ATP Finals engraved him in the history books as he became the first player to win a Grand Slam, the ATP World Tour Finals, the men's singles at the Olympic Games and a Masters 1000 title in the same calendar year.
