The WTA action restarts again with multiple tournaments taking place in Asia in the next few days including the World's best and at the Zhengzhou Open a bumper day of action is set to take place.
Among those involved will be rising youngster Sofia Kenin who at 20 is the youngest player in the main draw and has claimed two titles this season at Hobart in January and Mallorca in June. She begins her campaign against Chloe Paquet, World No.157.
Other ties include Yulia Putintseva who will face off against Tamara Zidansek on Court One and these two have form in playing each other with the Nurnberg final which took place earlier this season seeing the duo face off.
Putintseva won that one in three sets to win her first WTA singles title so it will be one to look out for. As will the progress of Petra Martic and Caroline Garcia who will also begin their campaigns on Centre Court.
