Boris Becker is still doing media appearances with his recent interview with a Brazilian media featuring comments about his life so far and what might happen in the future.
The 55-year-old is certainly not the youngest anymore and it's something he understands very well that this is the final stage of his life. He's had a lot of opportunities over the years with some turning out to be good and some bad for him. All of them are very certainly lessons that will help him make good choices in the future. At least that's the hope:
"I've had a very intense, sometimes over-exposed journey, but I can look forward to at least another 25 years and I think the experiences I've had, including life in prison, will teach me how to make the right choices. I think I became a more experienced and
humble person after what I went through in prison... It made me reflect
on the past and learn from my mistakes. That's my challenge now."
He doesn't know what his next endvour will be but there will be many opportunities. A return to TV, a role in the German tennis federation, all is possible:
"I don't know yet, but I see the TV show as good training... I'm happy to be back in my old [tennis] world and hear so many colleagues talking about me.'
