The Italian was once again cheered on by the local crowd. “I’m happy to play the last match of the season in front of this beautiful crowd,” commented the 4-time major champion during the on-court interview. “Finishing here in Turin with another final, it's really special,” concluded Sinner, who will play his final match of the season this Sunday in search of his fifth title of the year.

Aryna Sabalenka is already enjoying her vacation, just one week after the WTA Finals concluded. The 4-time Grand Slam champion is enjoying her free time with a video swimming among dolphins, in addition to uploading photos of her ‘date night’ on the beaches of the paradise island. "Can we do it quick? I want to go to the Maldives," Sabalenka mentioned smiling after the defeat to Elena Rybakina in the final in Riyadh. “I guess I’ll just sit back in Maldives, having my probably tequila, and think back and try to analyze my behavior, my emotions. [I] think that actually it’s been pretty good so far.”
The Belarusian finished the season as World No. 1 for the second consecutive year, and obtained her 4th major title at the US Open, defeating Amanda Anisimova in the final. However, she was not lucky in all her finals: she won 4 titles in 9 finals, including defeats in the title match at the Australian Open, Roland Garros, and the WTA Finals.

The 28-year-old Latvian ended the season with a title at the WTA 500 Stuttgart Open, in addition to reaching the final of a WTA 1000 event for the third time in her career at the Qatar Open—seven years after she last got that far, back in the 2018 Miami Open. However, Ostapenko was once again left empty-handed after falling to American Amanda Anisimova in the championship match.
Schwartzman and other retires honored at ATP Finals ceremony

The former World No. 8 was part of the stars honored in a ceremony on Friday at the ATP Finals, along with Juan Sebastián Cabal, Kyle Edmund, Robert Farah, Wesley Koolhof, Matwe Middelkoop, Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi, and Albert Ramos Viñolas.
“I came with my mom, who couldn't accompany me when I played this tournament because it was the pandemic [Covid-19] and access was very limited,” commented Schwartzman—who participated in the ATP Finals in 2020 in London. “She is a fan of tennis, so we are spending a few days watching tennis, and also, they are giving me a nice recognition.” The tribute was held in a ceremony prior to the day's competition, with gifts for those honored for their distinguished careers on the Tour.
Birthday in Dubai: Paula Badosa celebrates 28th while preparing 2026 season
Paula Badosa celebrated her 28th birthday and shared several photos of her celebration with friends from her residence in Dubai. The former World No. 2 remains in the process of preparation for the 2026 season, following a year heavily affected by injuries, in which she could barely play one tournament in the second half of the year.
The former Indian Wells champion suffered a recurrence of her persistent back injury in March during the Miami Open—which kept her out for two months—and then another recurrence after her participation in Wimbledon around June of this year. In the subsequent months, she barely managed to play one tournament, the China Open, where she once again retired mid-match during her second round duel against Karolína Muchová after playing just six games.
The Spaniard finished the season at World No. 25 and must quickly get ready given the large defense of points she faces at the Australian Open—where she reached the semi-finals. An early exit there could cause her to lose almost half of her points and potentially see her drop outside the Top 80.
