It was delight for Murray who got to witness Scotland qualify for the 2026 World Cup in North America. They completed the nerve-wracking feat in dramatic style, scoring twice late on to fend off Denmark 4-2 in a winners take all match.

Djokovic meets with Greek Prime Minister

After leaving Serbia for a new life in Greece, Djokovic has wasted no time in getting acquainted with the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. Recently, Djokovic tasted glory in the Hellenic Championship hosted in Athens. It was a special victory in front of his new home fans.
In fact, the 38-year-old has very much enjoyed his stay in Greece. After the fallout with the Serbian government, he will be hoping for a much smoother relationship with Mitsotakis. Their discussion was always going to end up about tennis, with the 24-time Grand Slam champions pitching his ideas to grow the sport in the country. While stars like Stefanos Tsitsipas fly the Greek flag high, Djokovic is wanting more success in his new home.
